At Just Stretchy, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used inversion boots are not eligible for return.

Sale items or items marked as final sale are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order following the steps above and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
